Presentation

Rain Transport AS is a company founded in 1992, evolved from the wholesale trade chain having operated in Tartu.

We are a recognized and appreciated cooperation partner to hundreds of companies, who have entrusted our team with the task of looking after organisation of transportation of their cargo. Our clients describe us as a company, providing first and foremost contentment and feeling of security, because we care about clients, we are flexible and make strenuous efforts, for the goods to be delivered at due time and in the proper place. We attribute value to continuous development and long stable partnership relations. We have done so already 30 years!

Our largest cooperation partners are A. Le Coq AS, DPD Eesti AS, Eesti Post AS, Schenker AS, Oyj Ahola Transport Abp, Onninen AS.

We are doing  distribution haulage, as well as commissioned and subcontract jobs.

Vehicle fleet

Our vehicle fleet numbers over 150 haulage units and in the past five years we have invested 1.4 M euros in modernising the vehicle fleet.

History and development of the company

1992
Rain Transport AS was founded.
2013 december
We opened the new Tartu terminal.
2015 december
We opened the new Pärnu terminal.
2016 july
We opened a terminal at Rakvere.
2016 december
We opened the new Tallinn terminal.
2018 january
We opened the new Jõhvi terminal
2019 november
We moved Rakvere terminal to Jõhvi
2021
Since 2021, we have aligned our company's management systems and environmental requirements with ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards, and this is confirmed by the corresponding certificates.
